Creating A Green Heart. The challenge was to breath life into a parking lot transforming it into a place for work and leisure, an office and public destination all in one. 
A central spiral stair connects all the floors together, from office to amenities, from basement to roof. Users can meander from garden to garden, taking a detour at any of the many amenity spaces in between.

The Office of The Future. We propose a deep floor plate capable of natural ventilation, with a large central atrium and wind chimneys, essential for daylight and to allow air flow through the building.
